Mental Toughness Profiling and Coaching

Mental Toughness is a personality trait, and has a basis in biology. Mental toughness can be developed in most individuals and targeted interventions can lead to improved Mental Toughness.

We offer a unique approach that enables participants to understand the most frequent sources of pressure in the workplace (and outside the workplace) and, most importantly, how individuals react to those pressures (most people react differently).

Mentally tough individuals are better able to work in stressful settings and carry out seemingly tough and stressful jobs when compared with lower mentally tough employees.

Our tailored analysis and support using a leading edge psychometric assessment – Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ48 published by AQR) – also equips participants to understand colleagues in the same way, so that they can support both themselves and others.

Our unique approach translates directly into:

Performance – Mentally tough people perform better when under pressure.

Behaviour – More positive, more engaged, work harder and more “can do”.

Wellbeing – More likely to manage stressors and pressure, less likely to develop mental health issues.
