Mike Crimes
Founding Partner
Mike Crimes is a Principal Occupational Psychologist and Chartered Scientist with 32 year’s experience. He is a Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists, Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
Mike’s core business is to undertake cognitive assessments for Legal Services, Social Services and the Family Courts and advise on how to structure learning support, litigation reasonable adjustments and need for advocacy and/or specialist expertise, completing over 4,500 cognitive assessments to date.
Mike has also supported senior Social Workers across Local Authorities with leadership development where ‘Ofsted Improvement Notices’ have been served.
He has extensive experience in central and local government, providing thought and practice leadership on psychometrics, assessment centres, team performance, wellbeing and inclusion.
Mike also acted for two years as Chief Science Officer for nclusion Limited – a people technology company focusing on inclusion assessment.

Nikki Crimes
Founding Partner
Nikki Crimes is a Senior Executive in Business Administration, Marketing Operations and Project Management with a career spanning over 40 years.
Following the arrival of a baby daughter in 2005, Mike and Nikki joined forces to set up Occupational Services to Industry (Os2i), a partnership of leading practitioner psychologists crafting psychological solutions for both Corporate and Government organisations.
Following the initial set-up, Nikki developed her skills in business operations, initially taking on a role at Marketing Manager at IGF Ltd and later returning to London in a Marketing Operations role at Liontrust Plc.
By 2025, Os2i had become a firmly established and seasoned presence for psychological assessment practise both in the private and public sectors. Nikki now utilises her additional operational experience back in-house to focus fully on managing the day-to-day operations of Os2i in her capacity as Partner.
Their business has evolved into a highly recognised presence in three core sectors of assessment practice: Cognitive Assessments, Workplace Psychological Assessments and Workplace Inclusion.
